The wear-resistant brick is made of high-quality bauxite and imported Australian zircon sand. It is melted and cast in the electric arc furnace at high temperature. It is mainly used for the parts where wear-resistant and high-temperature materials are needed, such as the slide rail brick of the metallurgical pusher furnace, the tapping platform (tapping tank) of the step-by-step heating furnace and the lining of the garbage incinerator
Its compact structure has the advantages of wear resistance, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance. It is mainly used in the parts requiring wear resistance and high temperature resistance. Its products are not only popularized in domestic steel plants, but also exported to South Korea, Indonesia, Taiwan and other countries and regions.
