Anti flaking high alumina brick is a kind of fired product which is made of super high alumina clinker and synthetic material containing ZrO2 by high pressure forming according to a certain proportion. The product has strong anti flaking ability, resistance to erosion of potassium, sodium, sulfur, chlorine and alkaline salt, and low thermal conductivity. It is an ideal material for the transition zone and decomposition zone of cement kiln. The remarkable feature of the product is good thermal shock resistance, Strong adaptability to the environment. Most of them are used in the preheat zone or decomposition furnace and grate cooler.
Anti flaking high alumina brick is a new type of high alumina material specially produced for cement kiln lining in China.
