Alumina raw materials 55-65:, silicon carbide 5-15, carbon raw materials 1-7, binder 3-5, antioxidant 1-5, organic silicon fiber 0.01-0.5 are used for firing alumina silicon carbide carbon brick for torpedo tank. The above raw materials are evenly mixed and then molded and dried into alumina silicon carbide carbon brick. The aluminum silicon carbide carbon brick has low carbon content, low thermal conductivity and energy saving. Aluminum silicon carbide carbon brick has good alkali resistance and slag corrosion resistance, high load softening temperature and good thermal shock stability. It is suitable for general ladle, pretreatment of molten iron, tapping ditch, etc.
Lining structure of torpedo tank and carborundum carbon brick and high aluminum brick for torpedo tank. The impact area at the bottom of torpedo tank is made of unburned aluminum silicon carbide carbon brick, and the other large surfaces are made of fired anti peeling high aluminum brick. Aluminum silicon carbide carbon brick raw materials contain bauxite, fused corundum, silicon carbide, graphite, sintered corundum, metal aluminum, silicon and binders. High aluminum carbon contains bauxite, fused corundum, silicon carbide, metal silicon, silica fume, combined clay and pulp waste liquid. The formula is scientific and reasonable, and the production process is mature: aluminum silicon carbide carbon brick does not need high temperature firing when it is formed, so the production cost is low.
