The ceramic burner is made of refractory and installed in the combustion chamber of the hot blast furnace. Generally, it is prefabricated by phosphate fire-resistant concrete or alumina cement fire-resistant concrete, and also made by fire-resistant masonry.
1. Sleeve type ceramic burner. Sleeve burner is a kind of burner commonly used in domestic hot blast stove, which consists of two sleeves and air distribution cap.

2. Grid ceramic burner. The air passage and the gas passage of the grid ceramic burner are arranged in intervals, the structure is complex, the component forms are various, and the processing quality is required to be high.

3. Three hole ceramic burner. The upper part of the burner is provided with an air distribution plate, and various air flows are ejected from the respective distribution holes, which are divided into small flow streams, so that the gas can be fully mixed and burned at the same time.
1. The combustion supporting air and gas flow have a certain intersection angle, which divides the air or gas into many small streams, so the mixture can be fully burnt;

2. The mixture of gas is uniform, the excess coefficient of air is small, and the combustion temperature can be increased;

3. The combustion gas is ejected upward to eliminate the zigzag movement, no longer wash the partition wall, prolong the service life of the partition wall, and improve the air distribution at the same time;

4. The large combustion capacity provides the conditions for further strengthening the hot blast stove and the large-scale hot blast stove.
