Product introduction
Phosphate high alumina fireclay is short for fireclay or fireclay. It is used to fill firebrick joints to make them bond with each other and make the masonry have certain integrity, strength and air tightness. Therefore, the use of refractory mud has a significant impact on the quality of masonry, the heat loss of electric furnace and the temperature of furnace shell.
Refractory slurry is an amorphous refractory used for the joint of refractory masonry. It is composed of refractory powder, binder and admixture with a certain proportion of particles. The slurry is prepared by adding water or liquid binder. According to the agglutination and hardening characteristics of the bond, refractory slurries can be divided into hydraulic, thermal and pneumatic ones.
Hydraulic fire-resistant mud is a kind of cement binder, which can be used at room temperature or in places where water or water vapor may often contact with it. Hot hardening refractory mud is usually made of phosphoric acid or phosphate and other hot hardening binders. After hardening, the mud has high strength at various temperatures, small shrinkage, tight joints and strong corrosion resistance. This kind of mud can make masonry joints tight.
