The product has the advantages of simple construction, small labor intensity, stable volume, good slag resistance, low consumption, high strength, high temperature resistance, erosion resistance and erosion resistance. It is mainly used in slag skimmer of medium and small blast furnace.

Skimmer is the main device of slag iron treatment system in front of blast furnace. The replacement time of skimmer directly affects the normal production order of blast furnace, and then affects the economic benefits of steel plant. The existing skimmers are all made of steel formwork and rammed with loose materials on site. The skimmer body and lintel are integrated. When using and repairing the heresy time, the whole skimmer shall be scrapped and the skimmer shall be remade. In practical application, it is found that the lintel is easily eroded and oxidized by slag iron, while the lower body is not easily eroded and oxidized. However, once the lintel is damaged, the whole skimmer should be scrapped and replaced, which wastes both resources and labor.
