Aluminum carbon series products are made of high-quality bauxite clinker, corundum and graphite as the main raw materials, mixed with a variety of micro powder additives and pressed into the firebrick. Aluminum carbon brick has high fire resistance, good chemical stability and corrosion resistance. If ZrO2 is added to the mixture, good thermal shock resistance can be obtained. The compressive strength of fired alumina carbon brick containing Al2O3 372% ~ 85%, C7% ~ 8% can reach 110 ~ 120MPa, the flexural strength at 1400 ℃ can reach 25MPa, and the compressive strength of fired alumina carbon brick containing Al2O3 335% ~ 46%, C + sic30% ~ 37% can reach 21 ~ 28Mpa.
