Product characteristics
The ramming material is made of silicon carbide, graphite and electric calcined anthracite as raw materials, mixed with a variety of superfine powder additives, and electric melting cement or composite resin as binder. It is used to fill the gap between furnace cooling equipment and masonry or filling material for masonry leveling layer.
Scope of application
It is widely used in aluminum electrolyzer, blast furnace, smelting furnace, calcium carbide furnace and other industrial furnaces. The aggregate of the cathode paste is the same as the common cathode paste (also known as hot ramming paste), such as common anthracite or electric anthracite, metallurgical coke, graphite chips, etc. The low softening point of the binder is 20 ℃± 5 ℃.
