Product ingredients

Self flowing castables are developed on the basis of low cement and ultra-low Cement Castables. It is composed of refractory aggregate, powder and dispersant with a certain size distribution. The key is the reasonable use of ultrafine powder size, quantity and dispersant, so that the castable can be self flowing and self spreading.

Product application

It can be used for continuous casting tundish lining, electric furnace top triangle area, tap hole, steel ladle, heating furnace, blast furnace tap hole, cas-0b furnace, cast iron induction furnace, boiler protection pipe, etc.
