The gunning material for electric furnace and ladle is composed of refractory material, chemical binder and admixture with certain particle grading. It is an amorphous refractory material used in gunning the lining of thermal equipment. In order to improve the furnace life of electric furnace, converter and ladle, our factory has developed a series of gunning materials. DP is suitable for gunning of electric furnace, ZP is suitable for gunning of converter, BP is suitable for gunning of ladle, DP gunning material is used on 75t, 90t and 100t ultra-high power electric furnace with adhesion rate greater than 85% and service life of 2-5 furnaces. The adhesion rate of ZP gunning material used in 15t, 50t, 80t and 100t converter is more than 90%, and its durability is more than 8 furnaces. BP gunning material is used in 225t converter ladle, 90t and 50t electric furnace ladle. The ladle age can be increased by more than 25%.

At present, the gunning materials produced by our factory are used well in Longgang, luegang, Lingang, Taigang, Zibo, Huaao, Angang, Jigang and other units. Especially in Huaao 120t converter, the test under the same conditions shows that our products have a strong competitiveness.

Based on the development of fine gunning materials, our factory designs and manufactures various gunning equipment, including dry, semi dry and wet gunning machines, with models of jlpbj-0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5T, etc.

Our factory also has a skilled, long-term service in the major steelworks spray repair team, on-site construction, and can balance the furnace, converter, ladle, tap hole and other parts that need quick repair, if the user needs, our factory can provide products, equipment, personnel supporting services.
